RST will provide up to three years of maintenance which is to start at the beginning of the second heating season  
(September 1st through October 15th).  Following are the annual services that RST will provide:   
PROVISIONS:
A.Take burner down and return it to RST shop for servicing. (Parts are additional if required)   
B.Inspect customer's used oil system including tanks, filters, flue components, piping, air lines, etc. (Parts are additional if required)
C.Return with burner and reinstall, clean heat exchanger and fire furnace and recheck complete system prior to winter season.
D.Include one (1) hour travel time or a radius of fifty (50) miles door to door.  Additional travel time is $92.50 per hour (prorated).

     Yrly Total $     2,507.5    
Yearly Payment Terms:     50% is due August 1st, with balance due April 1st.  
Service to Begin:   August 1st, 200__ through April 1, 201__    
Please check the following prior to calling RST for a service call:      
1. Lack of sufficient used oil in tank to prime pump to furnance.    
2.  Electrical Power or air compressor being turned off to furnace.    
3. Customer allowas water or antifreeze into the used oil tank which does not allow the furnace to fire.
In the event that RST is called out for service for one of these situations it will be considered a nuisance 
call and will be billed at the below rate.
After contract terms have been met, service calls and/or nuisance calls will be billed 
at $110.75 per technician per hour. Flat rate for travel time will be $97.50 per hour from
(St Louis, Missouri area to destination)
